Want to get in shape and learn competitive boxing at the same time? This is the class for you! Running from 5:30 to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, this class is heavy on cardio, endurance, agility, and skill. Jiu-Jitsu meets on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:45 to 5:45!

Join a new group of friends as you encourage one another in these 1 hour long diverse, whole-body structured fitness classes. Two offerings: 7:00 to 8:00 AM and 9:00 to 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

If you want to stack on some muscle, then this is the place for you. Our quality over quantity gym, full of Made-In-Nepal to international standards lifting equipment is ready to make you work. Gym is open Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
